Finally a larger output LED uplight with rotate tilt lock off to 30º+ and louvre glare control accessories. Available in optional LED beam widths of narrow 15º, 45º & 60º. Available in Warm White 3000K or Cool White 5500K as standard - other colour temperatures on request. Calibrated heat sink with high warrantied CREE “XP-E” series LED for ultimate confidence & reliability. Metal Halide option in 35W/70W with cool kits and large accessory range, including louvres, rockguards & filters.High quality top plate in marine grade stainless steel 316 with thick toughened glass to 19mm. Supplied as standard pre-cabled to 2.0metres with lock on sleeve housing & anti-vandal screws. Factory sealed with pre-resined IP68 anti-siphon chamber. Easy parallel cabling for direct 230V mains supply. Ideal for all landscapes with round, square, chamfered or flush top plate designs. LED not for dimming except by request.

Product Purpose & meaning

Rio is realised by the need for a large output LED in ground fitting with tilt & louvre, whilst being IP67/IP68 , fully pre-cabled with a highly warrantied anti-syphon chamber. The  name “RIO” is derived from the Brazilian City, marvelled for its celebration atmosphere.

Construction & Finishes

Die-cast aluminum unit - protected black for anti-corrosion. Sleeve in polymer black with cable side apertures and open-bottom. Top plate in marine grade 316 stainless steel.
