Description

A decorative opal tile fitting with an outer square-perimeter opal ring with linear fluorescent light sources for general ambient lighting. Two sizes 356mm² or 594mm². The latter  designed for 600 x 600 modular ceilings and/or plasterboard fixings. The inner section is black empty rebated as black-out plate as standard. An optional flush blanking plate [ or graphic panel can be customised] or centred adjustable tilt spot downlight is also available. Spotlight available in LED 14W [720lm] 3000K CREE with optional beam widths of narrow 15º,  medium 45º & wide 60º or in 20W [1500lm] or 32W [3000lm] . Philips SLM series in 3000K or 4000K in medium 34º beam. Spotlight also available in QR111 50W/75W or 35W / 70W CDM-T in 24º, 34º or 44º. Ideal for decorative energy efficient areas and impact spot lighting.

Product Pupose & Meaning

Halo-Noir products were born out of the need to maximise pleasing aesthetics and a light effect nick-named ‘kick-contrast’. ‘Kick-contrast’ is adjacent significant differing light levels. In the case of halo-noir this is maximised by using zero [blackness] to high [illuminated]. The name “HALO NOIR” is French for “Black Halo”.

Construction & Finishes

Pressed formed steel & aluminium housing and bezel. Reflector in vacuum metallised polished aluminium 99.8%.
